A place to work through challenges, changes, and uncertainty.

Therapy for teens and young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, emotional challenges, school and work stress, and self-esteem in a supportive, compassionate space.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth. I’m glad you’re here!

We all move through seasons that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. I created Sea Glass Psychotherapy around the belief that even our broken pieces can become part of something meaningful through growth and healing. Like sea glass, we are shaped by what we’ve been through—weathered by difficult experiences, transformed over time, and becoming more resilient, whole, and uniquely ourselves.

I especially love working with teens and young adults because these years bring so much change, self-discovery, and figuring out who you are and who you want to become. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, self-doubt, life transitions, or trying to make sense of where you are in life, therapy can offer a place to slow down and feel less alone.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up as yourself, talk openly without judgment, and better understand your experiences. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
